District 2 is alive and ready to give itself to those who wish to endulge in what it has to offer. However there is no such thing as “quiet” in this town unless that quiet is obtained in the mind rather than the physical perspective. The moon was beaming down it’s natural blue hues to the rest of the world, and a man stood atop of a roof. He’d had on a white fox mask, with red pain strokes on it, similar to the ninjas of old who wanted to leave their identities hidden. The mask couldn’t blink, so the constant gaze it emitted was rather unsettling.
The figure would’ve begun hearing a voice ring it it’s ear
???: Have you found her yet? I’m growing impatient.
???: The night just started. Don’t worry I’ll find her. Just make sure you wire the money to my account.
???: -irritated tone-Do you know who you’re talking to?
???: Look you hired me, so you get the full package. Including my attitude. Now wait for my call until I get the girl.
Cutting the line off the figure simply stood in wait, seeking out it’s prey, a simple girl named Niwa who had a very rich lineage Project ESPER was very interested in.
[5/10/2016 5:08:50 PM] Endearment ♥: 'Ugh. I shouldn't have gone to the store hungry...' Thought Niwa as she slowly made her way down the sidewalk with her arms full of paper bags. With a sigh, she stepped aside, out of the way so she could rest for a moment. She closed her eyes and laid her head in the bags with her back against the wall for a moment. They brown paper crinkled loudly. Her long, pointed ears twitched with every voice she heard nearby. They were fairly strong.
Niwa straightened her body and tipped her head back, inhaling deeply. She'd stayed out longer than she wanted. There wasn't even time to cook the meal she wanted. Especially if she wanted to be in bed by 10 after a good, long core workout. As Niwa contemplated eating a small bag of broccoli and cheese, she rounded a corner. She was met with silence and an empty street. Flashbacks of her last encounter with an empty road rushed her unprepared mind and she jumped back a step. Her heart was racing and she was biting her lower lip, debating on if she should continue on her usual route or go a different way. Her calf was still healing from the grazed bullet wound and she still felt pain from the beating she took for trying to escape.
Niwa was trembling wildly, but she decided to move forward. With hesitant steps, she continued, but she didn't feel right about it.
[5/10/2016 7:05:57 PM | Edited 7:06:44 PM] D2God: The man used his inhuman senses to look through the vast endless sea of concrete looking for her. His black coat flowing in the wind wildly as he finally picked it up. The features and descriptons looked on point. Pulling out his phone, he looked at the street light photos to confirm. A grin forming beneath that blank faced mask.
???: Target acquired. In pursuit.
He puts his phone back into his pocket, before he lets himself fall forward off of the top of the tall building! Nose diving as the wind picked up, his body hitting terminal velocity as his coat fluttered in the wind. When close enough to the ground he altered his flight pattern and swung upwards, using the momentum to lift himself and begin flying in a straight line, like bullet.
He appears a simple shadow that passes by as one blinks. He darts straight for the girl known as Niwa, walking along silently. The figure could feel her fear…sense her trauma and ever growing anxiety. Here he was about to give her a reason to give into that anxiety and take her for the missions sake. He then flies directly at her from behind, and in one blurry motion he slams her back against the wall, a rather large dent being formed from the impact due to the momentum built by his flight traveling through and around her. He holds her against the wall by her neck, his thumbs literally lodging themselves into her windpipe as he held her up effortlessly
The figure tilts his head at Miwa. The three eyes on the mask piercing deep into her soul, and the blank expression only furthering the eerie vibe that emitted from his very being. His touch was cold as if touching the hand of the dead and his grip was absolute.
???: -speaking to someone- I’ve secured her. You want her alive or do you just need corpse?
???:-the voice replies- Alive preferably. But we can work with an autopsy if she so chooses to resist.
??? –the masked man straightens his head up to look at her again- I’ll wait til she loses consciousness. It won’t be long now…

[5/10/2016 9:27:22 PM] Endearment ♥: There was something about hearing her own footsteps and not a single other thing that made the hair on her neck raise. Niwa could feel her body trembling a bit with every step she took.
'It's just a road. It's just you. Calm down!' She'd shout mentally at herself. She felt so ridiculous, but that other part of her brain knew she had every right to feel the way she did. She'd come close to rape and death already. Her first horrible encounter in her first few years being in Kasaihana. It had almost scarred her as much as her childhood did.
Niwa wasn't even halfway down the street when a few fruits had fallen from the top of a lopsided bag. She started to turn to pick them up but had been suddenly pushed into a nearby concrete building. The impact was so intense that the outer wall broke behind her and scraped her delicate skin and forced her bags to fall from her arms. Niwa tried to let out a scream of terror but her windpipe was clenched shut by a very strong hand.
The woman began to panic as she fought to break free for a breath. Tears were already streaming down her cheeks as she heard the man speak to someone, a creepy mask covering his face.
Niwa clawed at his arm, but her fighting slowed and her vision blurred. Lack of air was taking its toll. It wasn't long before she lost conciousness.
[5/10/2016 11:43:17 PM] D2God: A little earlier (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4H4F6OZczc&list=PLYNBny7IRlVmskxt3PdZrxLE7GsiblKNG&index=21 ) There was a dark room with a star projector in the middle of the floor. It rotated and the shimmering lights spun around the tan toned walls. A huff of smoke escaping the lips of a blonde laying on the bed, with his head hanging off the side of it. He wore a white wife beater, with some orange pajama pants. His arms spread out on the bed, with a weed vape sitting in his right hand. He looked at the wall with bit of a blank stare, almost as if he wasn’t right in the head.
???: Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh –he groaned- that was the last of my Dragon Beard stash. Gotta go and pick up some more.
He slumped off the edge of his bed, and onto the floor. The blonde male then stood up fully, stretching his arms over his head and cutting his light on. He’d just realized it was night time but it didn’t matter. He’d just make a quick dimensional stop to Dragon Kang. Or at least he would have. He went up to his window and let it up to air the room out. Even though the weed was odorless he still liked his fresh air. He leaned out the window to look around until
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooosh!!!!
Trevor: -jumps back with wide eyes, sobering up- what the hell was that?!?!
He leaned out of the window and immediately his brow furrowed. The look on his face went from spacey to serious.
Trevor: I know that energy signature anywhere…that’s The Vapor. What’s he doing in Kasaihana??? Damn I don’t have time to think, I’ve got to follow him.
Trevor ran to the closet to get his suit when he doesn’t…see it? He looks up and down, tossing his clothes out of his closet when he stood up and pulled at his own hair
Trevor: Dammit it’s shredded from that fight earlier this week! Gah! Think, think, think!
A minute later Trevor perches on his window seal, wearing black sweat pants, a black tight fitting t-shirt that hugged his muscles snug, and a black mask over his face with eye holes to see. It was tied in a bandanna fashion on the back of his head, and bandage wrapped fingers held on to the outsides of his window, with a yellow sash on his waist and yellow boots.

His arms and legs spread open, as he felt the wind hit his face and turned his head to look towards the direction the vapor took off to! The moment he hit the ground, he used The Dragon Shroud to cloak his body! The Dragon Shroud is a Tier 1 variation of the original Dragon Fist. In this variation the chi overtakes the phsycial body in a shroud that flickers like a flame. it stems 3 above the user and 4 feet around the user. The Chi that would go into the fist as a shroud is spread more evenly around the body, allowing the user to become a human bullet or a pseudo unstopplable force as they can pierce their body through many conventional objects that would stand in there way. Granted this counts as a usage of the five usage limit, but in certain scenarios this can come in handy for a different and unique style of attack. Should a person put their hand into this shroud or come into contact with it, they would surely face the utter incineration and distingeration of their flesh, muscle, bone and cells thanks to its fortificative and destructive nature of course. If the user is aware they can change this to a repelling force to keep things non lethal. The appearence of the user changes however as they become what looks to be a shilouette of their own skeleton, bringing forth a ghastly demonic looking image.

Moving at such a golden blurr, with expert timing he leaped, hopped, and skipped over every car, street sign and building in his way going as fast as he could!
His teeth gritted as he could tell the energy signature had stopped by this time! He had it right where he wanted it! He pushed forward just a little bit more!

The mysterious man known only as “The Vapor” continued to attempt to choke the consciousness out of Miwa until next thing Vapor knew he’d had a face full of fist!!!
Trevor channeled all of that velocity into a single punch and knocked The Vapor off of her and into the back of the alley way! His body crashed through the wall and made a large hole! The sound of him colliding with other objects inside could be heard, but Trevor was more concerned about the girl. As she would’ve been let go, he’d catch her by her arms and lower them both to a squat. Sitting her down and him squatting in front of her.
Trevor: Heya. Names Dragon Monk, kung fu super hero extraordinaire Are you okay? –he puts a hand on her face and moves it seeing a bit of bruising on her neck- Hey look everything’s going to be a-okay now alright? Calm down first and try and tell me what happened here.
Had she began telling him the story of what was going on, a loud humming noise would’ve begun echoing from the chamber where the vapor was knocked into! Next thing they both knew Trevor would’ve turned his head and seen a giant glowing stream of yellow energy blasting straight for the both of them!
Without thinking he jumped in front of her and crossed his arms in an X like fashion, taking the entirety of the blast itself! As the beam hit him, it split into two halfs, and veered around the both of them! It ended and his arms were steaming from the burns on the backs of them. He yelled at her incase her hearing was effected by the loud noise
Trevor: MAKE A RUN FOR IT! I’LL KEEP HIM OFF YOUR TAIL JUST GO!!!

[5/11/2016 1:24:54 AM] Endearment ♥: Niwa was on the verge of fading out of awareness when suddenly she could breathe again. Relief flowed over her entire body, but she was limp. Niwa could barely move. As reality flooded back to her, she started to hear the crashing of her attacker flying back into many different objects quite a ways from her current spot.
Trevor's presence was much appreciated as he caught her, saving her from further searches and bruises. Her vision was stilly tying to fix itself but she could make out the odd outfit, though she didn't dare say anything in case he seemed sensitive. Honestly, Niwa was far too thankful to make any comment that didn't show that. The dark bruises on her throat looked fairly nasty and there was even a bit of pain as she opened her mouth to speak.
Before a word could be spoken, the Killian woman could hear the peculiar humming that caught her rescuers attention. And boy was he quick! Before Niwa even realized what was going on, he was in front of her and deflecting some sort of beam that was coming at them head on. Suddenly, he was shouting for her to take off. For a moment, she gazed up at him, her cheeks still streaked with tears, and she murmured softly.
"Thank you....thank you so much." Her voice was shaky and her throat hurt, but she straightened and ran in the opposite direction towards safety. What else could she do? She was only just learning self defense and she had just been on the verge of passing out. Even as she ran she still felt woozy and lightheaded.
[5/11/2016 2:34:06 AM] D2God: Trevor received her thank you and he uncrossed his arms waiting for Vapor to make his appearance again!
Trevor: Come on out you coward! I can sense you…you can’t hide from me.
The vapor stepped out from the shadowy hole in the wall with his mask broken and his true face revealed. The black locks fell over his forehead as he gave Trevor a sinister sneer. His glowing red eyes stared Trevor down and he licked his lips as if to say the battle was about to be a delicious one.
Vapor: I knew we’d meet again Dragon Monk. Sadly I can’t stay and play this time. –he throws off his cloak to the wind revealing to be simply shirtless with leather wrappings up to the base of his shoulder.-
Trevor: I’m gonna give you one more chance to turn around and go home, before I decide to put you down for good. You got off easy last time but I can’t do that for you this time. –clenched his fist-
Vapor: Now when did I indicate you having any chances of winning.
Vapor holds up his hands with open palms and they glowed with yellow viscos like energy! He shot a blast from his left hand, and Trevor went to lean to his left to avoid it planning to close in! however when the blast came within the range of the side of his face it exploded into a blinding light! Trevor put his arm over his eyes being caught off guard by the sight of it not able to see! Vapor then shot the secondary blast right at Trevor’s gut! The blast burned the material on his stomach and sent him flying out of the alleyway and into the side of an SUV! It’s alarm going off as Trevor sunk to the ground. His back killing him and his gut singed! Vapor takes this chance to take off down the street flying with his arm out stretched towards the back of Miwa’s neck!
Trevor: I said NO!
Trevor stood up, pushing himself up and off with his hands and got a running start towards where the two were! His right arm reared back as if to throw a baseball before it glowed with a golden chi energy, before he threw it towards the back of Vapor’s leg! A technique known as the Dragon Wave: The Dragon Wave is a more wide spread and multi tasking variation of the usual destructive dragon fist. Applying the principles of the archaic Push Blast the user can expel the dangerous energy off of his fist as a wave of multil chi based air pressure which host a yellow colored tint to it. While not as concentrated as it's original and reducing it's force to that of concussive, it does make for a great distance maker. Still applying to the one post charge and usage counter, it is good for clearing out large waves of demons, demonic spirits or human beings for that mattter. It disperses as a solid wave and as a set raidious of 8 feet from the user. The impact would’ve collided as Vapor would’ve been reaching for her, hitting him square in the back! A large bleeding wound found on it, as he crashed into Miwa on accident, the both of them tumbling down an abandoned subway line that hasn’t been in operation for years!
Trevor: WOOO!!!! HELL YEAH! –runs after them- WORD ON THE STREET I’M A HERO! OTHER HEROES TO ME THEY A ZERO! HIT EM WITH THE FIST THEY QUIET! CATCH A DEMON SLIPPING FROM BEHIND!
The vapor would’ve held onto Miwa as they went tumbling down the stairs. The vapor couldn’t let her get to roughed up so he held on to her making sure she was atop of him while he tumbled on his back down the stairs! By the time the reached the bottom he’d shake his head trying to regain consciousness. Had shs tried to run or not he’d have extended a hand towards her, using ectoplasmic energy to bind her arms to her sides in a glowing purple wrap!
Vapor: You’re not going anywhere woman! Come on!
He’d grab a hand full of her hair and begin dragging her down onto the train tracks. Her body bent forward she’d be smart to walk along or be drug in the process. They made their way down the dark tunnel, the moon light from the outside dimly lighting it for a low visionary effect. Just as he’d thought he’d made a clean get away, Trevor came in with a drop kick to Vapor’s chest!

Vapor stumbled back and took a stance. Trevor took his own stance and spoke aloud
Trevor: don’t leave my sight! Stay put I’ll get you outta here!
Trevor moved in and the two began throwing punches at one another! The sounds of arms colliding with one another broke through the air as Trevor threw as many blows as he bloicked and vice versa for Vapor. For a moment it almost looked like an even fight, Trevor taking the advantage with an side kick to the side of Vapor’s skull

Trevor: -taunting tone of voice- What’s wrong?! Fraid’ to use those powers down here? Or is it cause you know this place collapse if you do to much!
Vapor: Stop TALKING!
Neither one of them able to use their powers due to the fact, strangely, that they both needed the girl alive. Vapor needing to take her in as such and Trevor not willing to let even the most singular of people be taken in his presence! They began fighting like dogs in the street! The sound of bone colliding with bone echoed in the tunnel as both men were advent non not backing down

Miwa would notice a few things however. One that the energy around her arms was loosening up thanks to Trevor breaking Vapor’s concentration. She might’ve been able to break free if she pushed for it. The second thing is that there were a few objects she could throw or hit Vapor with to give Trevor the edge he’d need in a fight like this. Of course this was all up to her to do.
[5/11/2016 3:04:06 AM] Endearment ♥: For just a second, Niwa thought she was home free. She could see the street signs and lights on the corner and she knew if she could get there, she'd be right by a few places that would definitely have a phone or some type of shelter.
'I have got to get my cell phone fixed!' She'd think as she sprinted as fast as her wobbly legs could take her. But, like before, her escape was foiled. Her assailant had collided into her and they were thrown down concrete stairs that led into a very old and abandoned subway. Niwa expected severe injuries, but to her surprise the man that had attacked her was holding onto her tightly to keep her on top of him and out of harms way while his back took the brunt of the damage. Had he not attacked her before she would have thanked him kindly. But she wouldn't forget what he did to her throat which throbbed with every Yelp she made.
At the bottom of the stairs she'd managed to roll off of him, but she wasn't allowed to go far. A strange band of energy formed very tightly around her and pinned her arms to her sides. Niwa began to fuss and shout at him, demanding to be released but she didn't sound as intimidating as she thought. Especially since she wasn't a very tall woman.
Instead of listening to her demands, the man had grabbed her by her long, light purple hair. The thick handful of hair he had was enough to lead her along with, too. As he pulled her, her feet stepped forward. She did her best to fight it but her hair was a weakness. She was a bit tender headed. Niwa screamed for the man from earlier and as if on cue he'd arrived with a swift foot to the assailants midsection. Niwa was mid tug when The Vapor released her so she was flung back and landed right on her plump bottom. She groaned in pain and scooted back a bit to avoid the scuffle between the two.
The fight was brutal! Bare fists and very hard kicks. She could hear ever impact and it made her cringe. Mid cringe, she realized that her restraints loosened themselves and were gradually getting looser. Niwa was pretty smart and observant so it didn't take long to figure out that The Vapor's concentration played a big role in keeping her wrapped up. Though she was grateful for the heroes efforts, she desperately wanted to be freed at that moment. So, as best as she could, she began to pick up several different pieces of debris and started tossing them towards the fight. The first few were way off, but the rest were either close or spot on.

The looks they bore on their faces were filled with intensity. Trevor gave him a nod acknowledging without words that he’d gotten better…he also noticed that the effects haven’t worn off and the Vapor not only still looked like him but still fought like him to. Trevor was about to end this…he could tell even though he fought SIMILAR to him he was nowhere near the seasoned marital artist. Still without powers it was going to come down to who had more grit! They took stance again and then their bodies were pitted against one another yet again!

Pacing the fight a bit more as they both felt the weight of each others blows they began throwing test licks before finally moving back up to the big boy stuff! The vapor was holding his own but for the literal SECOND time Trevor proved his superiority in the field! His counters were solid and he stared delvering even more blows than the vapor!

As the blows were traded they were both able to hear what sounded like pebbles hitting the ground over and over. They paid it no mind until opportunity knocked! A rock flew right into the vapor’s eye! He winched, gritting his teeth together and reaching up to hold his eye! The pain was unexpected and out of nowhere! He didn’t have any time to counter or even lean his head to the side and attempt to! Trevor’s eyes winded as he saw this with a loud grunt that resembled something bruce lee would shout, Trevor took full advantage! Standing on his right leg he began to lash his left leg out in snap kicks! The first kick aimed for the gut, earned a stream of crimson to escape the vapor’s lips. The second kick was drawn in and aimed towards the back of Vapor’s left leg! The sound of a bone popping would’ve been the result of his knee cap being pushed out of place. The third kick was a snap kick to the face! It whipped his head back and the sweat flew into the light of the moon! One would’ve been able to see shockwaves coming off of the kicks as Trevor used physical chi to enhance his blows to a superhuman degree! Finally Trevor finished it off by spinning his body to the left and attacking the side of his face with a jumping spinning roundhouse kick!

His body in an upside down posture, he flew straight into the wall of the tunnel! The increased force shook the tunnel a bit, and some dust fell down to the ground! Trevor took note of this and turned to look at the girl. He’d had some blood on his lip and a bruise on his jaw line but with a pant he’d give her a thumbs up with bloodied bandages.
Trevor: Thanks. –winks-
Trevor then turns around raising his right hand into the air! His hand emitted a bright glow! A golden light so bright one could see down the very vast and deep dephs of the old subway line it stretched so far! He used his signature move the Dragon Fist! The Dragon Monk By summoning their chi, drawing form the specialties of all four spirits and focusing it into his hand, he can draw upon the superhuman energy derived from the heart of the four divine beast and make his fist inhumanly powerful and super humanly resistant to injury and pain on a superhuman scale. This "Dragon Fist" technique does not involve a physical transformation of any kind, simply a psychic channeling of concentrated chi energy and chi bases. He used the second tier which is able to knock down structures about as big as a double wide trailer, a standard helicopter/jet or an 18 wheeler, peircing them and cause them to explode in a grandious way. This much power is enough to physically destroy the human body 2 times over.
He couldn’t make the impact to huge but he made it huge enough to rattle and shake up the tunnel! It’d feel like a mini earth quake as rubble began to fall and pile up! The vapor opened his eyes to look up but it was to late! Rubble began to fall and pile atop of his body until he was out of sight! Trevor turned to the girl, and in one swift motion the next few moments might seem a bit off to Niwa. Trevor’s body would’ve glowed again but the rubble in her line of sight would’ve seemingly started falling slowly. So slow in fact that it would’ve started to stop. This wasn’t a bad thing, this just meant that Trevor had no only turned and grabed her tucking her beneath his arm, but he curled up his running direction moving at superhuman speeds.

He ran up the side of the wall as the complex began to crumble and leapt off of it’s surface before leaping off of the middle step and bringing them both back up to the surface in one piece!
Trevor: Phew! –he’d gently lower her down onto the bench and stand straight up stretching his neck back and forth- Ahhh damn.
He looked over and continued hearing the sound of crumbling rubble until it finally came to a hault. After a moment of silence he’d look back at her with his hands on his hips and a confident smile. Even though he’d had visible rips and tears on his clothes, bruises and was sweating a good bit there was one other factor. He might not have noticed during the commotion but his mask had come off sometime along the way up. Revealing the blue eyed blonde haired boy wonder to her in full view.
Trevor: Well that’s a job well done. –he looked her up and down before tilting his head to the side- Well damn, aren’t you cute. –he leans over now inches away from her face giving her a giant smile- You ever spent the night with masked man? It’s a lot more fun than what most people would think. And the way the moon light is hitting you right now I can’t help but notice how cute you are.
The man was a flirt at heart and while sometimes he could be smooth, the man literally had no idea his mask was off. He’d literally been oblivious to the fact not only would miwa KNOW his face but she’d know who her savior was which defeats the purpose of him being a vigilante. He’d stand there with that dorky cheeky smile until she responded weather that be with gratitude or disdain.
